Our Story
Be Graceful Bakery and Catering is in the business of satisfying its customers by providing breakfast, lunch, dinner or box lunches for meetings, celebrations, retirements, board meetings, and concessions.
Be Graceful started in September of 2013 and also includes BackStreet Kitchen. BackStreet kitchen joined the Be Graceful family in January of 2014 and expanded our ability to host larger events.
Both are minority-owned small businesses, owned and operated by Robert Grace. Robert brings expertise from his five years as a sales manager at Kraft Foods to the table every day. Robert listens to you to understand your catering needs and delivers exactly what you need! Every time you work with Be Graceful, you will receive a personalized menu (quote) to fit your specific needs. Our service is affordable, personal, flexible, creative, fun and of the highest quality. Our staff is knowledgeable, polite, timely and professional.

Concessions
Robert has been a visible part of the Twin Cities community for years before starting Be Graceful. It was only natural that concessions at venues around the Twin Cities would become a part of Be Graceful! From the brightest lights of professional football to high school hoops and hockey, and even our area's beautiful parks, Be Graceful's eats keep the masses happy and full!
